About this product
A step board takes concentrated load on a narrow section and shows a machined nosing on its front edge, so it is built either as solid stock or as edge-laminated board where width and stability matter more than a single-piece appearance.
Species runs from Meranti and Nyatoh for a lighter, paint-friendly finish through to Merbau, Balau and Kempas where hardness and wear resistance drive the choice. Boards are machined to your own staircase drawing — tread depth, nosing profile and board length.
